摘  要:颗粒细胞在建立和保持卵母细胞间双向通信的过程中发挥着关键作用。多种细胞间的物质交换模式,如旁分泌和缝隙连接,可促使颗粒细胞结构成分、能量底物和信号分子有效地传递至卵母细胞。颗粒细胞的两种基本能量代谢途径,即葡萄糖代谢和脂质代谢,均参与卵母细胞的正常发育。丙酮酸作为颗粒细胞的糖酵解产物,是卵母细胞发育的重要能量底物。颗粒细胞通过调节类固醇激素来调控卵泡内激素水平变化,进而控制卵母细胞的发育过程。本文综述卵母细胞与颗粒细胞间的物质交换,阐述糖代谢和脂质代谢在卵母细胞发育中的作用。Granulosa cells play a key role in establishing and maintaining bidirectional communication between oocytes.Various modes of intercellular material exchange,such as paracrine and gap junction,can facilitate the efficient delivery of granular cell structural components,energy substrates,and signaling molecules to oocytes.The two basic energy metabolic pathways of granulosa cells,namely glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism,are involved in the normal development of oocytes.Pyruvate,as a glycolysis product of granulosa cells,is an important energy substrate for oocyte development.Granulosa cells control the development of oocytes by regulating steroid hormones to regulate the level of hormone in follicles.This article reviews the material exchange between oocytes and granulosa cells,and expounds the roles of glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism i n oocyte development.
