盆底康复联合中药对女性盆腔脏器脱垂的干预及治疗

摘　　要：目的研究盆底康复联合中药治疗女性盆腔脏器脱垂的临床效果。方法选择重庆市东南医院妇科在2023年1月至9月收治的50例女性盆腔脏器脱垂患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=25,实施盆底康复治疗)、观察组(n=25,在对照组基础上联合补中益气汤治疗),比较两组治疗前后盆腔脏器脱垂评分、超声相关指标及复发率、盆底肌力、治疗总有效率。结果治疗后观察组盆腔脏器脱垂评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后盆膈裂孔面积、肛提肌尿道间隙小于治疗前,肛提肌厚度大于治疗前,且观察组各指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组盆底肌力优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论女性盆腔脏器脱垂患者通过盆底康复联合补中益气汤治疗,可提升临床效果,改善症状。Objective To study the clinical effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of female pelvic organ prolapse.Methods Fifty female patients with pelvic organ prolapse admitted to the Departm ent of Gynecology,Chongqing Dongnan H ospital from January to September 2023 were s elected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(n=25,treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation)and the observation group(n=25,treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of the control group).The pelvic organ prolapse score,ultrasound related indicators before and after treatment,and recurrence rate,pelvic floor muscle strength,the total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the score of pelvic organ prolaps e in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatm ent,the area of pelvic diaphragmatic hiatus,the levator urethra gap in the two groups were smaller than those before treatment,and the levator ani muscle thickness was greater than that before treatment,and all indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The pelvic floor muscle strength of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction for female patients with pelvic organ prolapse can improve the clinical effect and symptoms.
