摘　　要：子宫癌肉瘤为一种罕见的子宫恶性肿瘤,具有高侵袭性、恶性程度高、预后差等特点。若治疗不及时,会威胁患者的生命安全。目前,临床主要通过手术治疗。及时诊断,使患者能尽早接受治疗,是改善预后的关键。子宫癌肉瘤的诊断方法主要有超声、CT、盆腔核磁共振检查等。本文探讨1例由宫腔镜诊断的子宫癌肉瘤患者,结合相关文献,总结子宫癌肉瘤的临床表现与病理特征,以期探寻更好的诊治方法。Uterine carcinosarcoma is a rare malignant tumor of the uterus,which has the characteristics of high invasiveness,high malignancy,and poor prognosis.If the treatment is not timely,it will threaten the life safety of patients.At present,the clinical treatment is mainly through surgery,and timely diagnosis so that patients can receive treatment as soon as possible is the key to improve the prognosis.The diagnostic methods of uterine carcinosarcoma mainly include ultrasound,CT,pelvic magnetic resonance.This paper discusses a case of uterine carcinosarcoma diagnosed by hysteroscopy,and summarizes the clinical manifestations and pathological features of uterine carcinosarcoma based on relevant literature,in order to explor e better diagnosis and treatment methods.
