全程助产护理在初产妇自然分娩中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨全程助产护理在初产妇自然分娩中的应用。方法选取2022年1月至12月菏泽市定陶区妇幼保健院收治的88例初产妇,采取随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(44例)采取常规护理,观察组(44例)采取全程助产护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组第一产程、第二产程和第三产程及产后开始分泌乳汁时间短于对照组,产后2h出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);两组新生儿Apgar评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组分娩恐惧量表各项评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组专业支持、自我能力、参与感和自我感知评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程助产护理能有效改善初产妇的分娩情况。Objective To explore the application of whole-course midwifery nursing in natural delivery of primipara.Methods A total of 88 primiparas admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Dingtao District in Heze City from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=44)received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=44)received whole-course midwifery nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third stage of labor,and the time of postpartum lactation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of bleeding 2 hours after delivery was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in neonatal Apgar score between the two groups(P>0.05).The childbirth attitudes questionnaire scores and total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of professional support,self-ability,participation,and self-perception in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-course midwifery nursing can effectively improve the delivery status of primiparas.
