运脾通督推拿手法联合整体护理在急性轮状病毒感染性腹泻患儿中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨运脾通督推拿手法联合整体护理在急性轮状病毒(RV)感染性腹泻患儿中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2022年8月至2023年1月山东省第一康复医院收治的80例急性RV感染性腹泻患儿的临床资料,按照不同护理方法分为两组,每组40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施运脾通督推拿手法联合整体护理,比较两组临床症状消失时间及家属总满意率。结果观察组临床症状消失时间短于对照组,家属总满意率(95.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运脾通督推拿手法联合整体护理应用于急性RV感染性腹泻患儿能够改善症状,提高家属满意度,值得推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of activating spleen and unblocking governor vessel massage combined with holistic nursing in children with acute rotavirus(RV)infectious diarrhea.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 children with acute RV infectious diarrhea in the First Rehabilitation Hospital of Shandong from August 2022 to January 2023.The children were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received activating spleen and unblocking governor vessel massage combined with holistic nursing.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and total family satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the total family satisfaction rate in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of activating spleen and unblocking governor vessel massage combined with holistic nursing in children with acute RV infectious diarrhea can improve symptoms and family satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
