循证护理对宫颈癌放疗患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析循证护理对宫颈癌放疗患者生活质量的影响。方法选取烟台市烟台山医院2021年1月至2023年5月收治的80例宫颈癌放疗患者为研究对象,按照抽签法将患者分为对照组(n=40)和研究组(n=40)。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施循证护理,比较两组的生活质量和护理总满意率。结果研究组生理功能、身体角色功能、身体疼痛、一般健康状况、生活活力、社交功能、情绪角色功能和心理健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意率为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理应用于宫颈癌放疗患者能够提高生活质量和满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on the quality of life in cervical cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy.Methods A total of 80 cervical cancer patients who underwent radiotherapy in Yantai City Yantaishan Hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40)by drawing lots method.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received evidence-based nursing.The quality of life and total satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of physiological function,physical role function,physical pain,general health,vitality,social function,emotional role function and mental health in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 77.50%(31/40)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing to cervical cancer radiotherapy can improve the quality of life and satisfa ction.
