健康教育结合个性化饮食护理对妊娠糖尿病孕妇母婴结局的影响

摘　　要：目的分析健康教育结合个性化饮食护理对妊娠糖尿病孕妇母婴结局的影响。方法选取2021年10月至2023年1月滕州市中心人民医院收治的100例妊娠糖尿病孕妇作为研究对象,用抽签法分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组采用健康教育结合常规饮食护理,观察组采用健康教育结合个性化饮食护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项健康认知评分(热量摄入、饮食结构、饮食方式)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良母婴结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育结合个性化饮食护理可使妊娠糖尿病孕妇血糖指标控制在更加平稳的状态,提升孕妇的健康认知水平,同时有助于降低不良母婴结局发生率,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of health education combined with personalized diet nursing on maternal and infant outcomes of gravidas with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 gravidas admitted to Tengzhou Central People’s Hospital from October 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)by drawing lots.The control group received health education combined with routine diet nursing,while the observation group received health education combined with personalized diet nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of health cognition(caloric intake,diet structure,and diet style)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education combined with personalized diet nursing can control the blood glucose index of gravidas with gestational diabetes mellitus in a more stable state,improve the level of health cognition of gravidas,and help reduce the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes,which is worth promoting.
