摘  要:目的探讨认知护理干预在颈动脉支架成形术治疗女性缺血性脑血管病中的应用效果。方法选取2022年2月至2023年1月兰陵县人民医院收治的行颈动脉支架成形术治疗的83例女性缺血性脑血管病患者,以抛硬币法分为对照组(41例)与研究组(42例)。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上结合认知护理干预。比较两组认知功能、负面情绪、术后并发症发生率。结果研究组干预后认知功能较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组干预后的焦虑、抑郁评分较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症总发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论对行颈动脉支架成形术治疗缺血性脑血管病的女性患者实施认知护理干预的效果较好,值得推荐。Objective To explore the application effect of cognitive nursing intervention in the treatment of female ischemic cerebrovascular disease with carotid artery stenting.Methods A total of 83 female patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease treated by carotid artery stenting in Lanling County People’s Hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(41 cases)and study group(42 cases)by coin toss method.The control group used conventional nursing intervention,and the study group used cognitive nursing intervention based on the control group.Cognitive function,negative emotion,and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The cognitive function of the study group was higher than that of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression after intervention in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of cognitive nursing intervention is good in the female patients undergoing carotid artery stenting for the treatment of ischemi c cerebrovascular disease,and it is worth recommending.
