子宫内膜癌血清CA125水平与CA19-9检测在临床病理分期中的价值研究

摘　　要：目的分析子宫内膜癌患者血清糖类抗原125(CA125)与癌抗原19-9(CA19-9)水平检测在临床病理分期中的价值。方法选取2019年7月~2020年8月我院子宫内膜癌患者86例作为实验组,并以1:1配比选取同期健康体检者86例作为健康对照组。对比两组血清CA125水平与CA19-9比较、不同病理分期血清CA125、CA19-9水平,比较CA125、CA19-9单独与联合检测的检出率,分析相关性。结果实验组血清CA125水平与CA19-9水平较健康对照组高(P<0.05);III~IV期患者血清CA125水平较I~II期高;III~IV期患者血清CA19-9水平较I~II期低(P<0.05);血清CA125水平与CA19-9水平联合检测检出率94.19%较血清CA125水平与CA19-9水平单独检测检出率73.26%、69.77%高(P<0.05);Pearson分析结果显示,血清CA125水平和临床病理分期呈正相关,CA19-9水平和临床病理分期呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌患者血清CA125水平与CA19-9较高,血清CA125水平与临床病理分期显著正相关,血清CA19-9水平与临床病理分期显著负相关,且联合检测可提高检出率,利于临床疾病鉴别、病情评估。Objective To analyze the clinical significance of serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and cancer antigen 19-9(CA19-9)levels in endometrial cancer patients.Methods From July 2019 to August 2020,86 endometrial cancer patients in our hospital were selected as the experimental group,and 86 healthy persons in the same period were selected as the healthy control group.The levels of serum CA125 and CA19-9 were compared between the two groups,and the levels of serum CA125 and CA19-9 in different pathological stages were compared.Results The results showed that the serum levels of CA125 and CA19-9 in the experimental group were higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05),and the serum levels of CA125 inⅢ-Ⅳstage patients were higher than those inⅠ-Ⅱstage patients The serum level of CA19-9 in stageⅢ-Ⅳwas lower than that in stageⅠ-Ⅱ(P<0.05)The combined detection rate of serum CA125 and CA19-9 was 94.19%,which was higher than that of serum CA125 and CA19-9 alone(73.26%,69.77%,P<0.05),there was a positive correlation between serum CA125 level and clinicopathological stage,and a negative correlation between serum CA19-9 level and clinicopathological stage(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of CA125 and CA19-9 in endometrial cancer patients were higher than those in controls.The serum levels of CA125 were positively correlated with clinicopathological stages,while the serum levels of CA19-9 were negatively correlated with clinicopathological stages,combined detection can improve the detection rate,and is conducive to clinical disease identification,disease evaluation.
