肿痛安胶囊联合TDP照射治疗学龄前期患儿毒虫咬伤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究肿痛安胶囊联合电磁波谱(TDP)照射对学龄前期患儿毒虫咬伤的干预效果。方法选取2022年10月至2023年3月我院急诊科收治的82例毒虫咬伤患儿,随机数字表法分为两组,各41例。两组均采取常规治疗及护理,在此基础上,对照组用季德胜蛇药片外敷患处,观察组采用肿痛安胶囊联合TDP照射。比较两组干预效果、疼痛和肿胀有效控制时间、炎性指标。结果观察组治疗1周的有效率高于对照组,有效止痛、肿胀开始消退及完全消退时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗1周的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)较治疗前低,观察组较低(P<0.05)。结论肿痛安胶囊联合TDP照射对学龄前期患儿毒虫咬伤有较好的疗效,可促进其疼痛和肿胀消退,降低其炎性因子水平。Objective To explore the intervention effect of Tongzhong'an capsules combined with electromagnetic spectrum(TDP)irradiation on toxic insect bites in preschool children.Method 82 children with venomous insect bites admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from October 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment and nursing care.On this basis,the control group was treated with Jidesheng Snake Pills applied externally to the affected area,while the observation group was treated with Zhongtong'an Capsules combined with TDP irradiation.Compare the intervention effects,effective control time of pain and swelling,and inflammatory indicators between two groups.The effective rate of the observation group after one week of treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the effective pain relief,swelling onset and complete disappearance time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),and interleukin-6(IL-6)in both groups after one week of treatment were lower than before treatment,and the observation group had lower levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Zhongtong'an capsules and TDP irradiation has a good therapeutic effect on toxic insect bites in preschool children,which can promote the disappearance of pain and swelling,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
