摘 要:目的:探讨胶原基骨修复材料对锁骨骨折患者骨愈合、骨痂生长的影响。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年7月南宁市第六人民医院收治的锁骨骨折患者60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规手术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予胶原基骨修复材料。比较两组治疗后骨痂出现时间、骨痂生长情况、骨性愈合周期和骨折部位压痛点消退时间。结果:观察组骨痂出现时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);随访1~6个月后,观察组骨痂生长情况评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨性愈合周期短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003);观察组骨折部位压痛点消退时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论:胶原基骨修复材料能够促进锁骨骨折患者的骨愈合、骨痂生长,可缩短骨性愈合周期及骨折部位压痛点消退时间。Objective:To investigate the effects of collagen-based bone repair materials on bone healing and callus growth in patients with clavicular fracture.Methods:Sixty patients with clavicle fracture admitted to Nanning Sixth People's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was given conventional surgery,and the observation group was given collagen�based bone repair materials on the basis of the control group.The time of callus occurrence,callus growth,bone healing cycle and the time of tenderness point regression were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:The occurrence time of callus in observation group was earlier than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);from 1 to 6 months after follow-up,the score of callus growth in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the bone healing period in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003);the regression time of fracture tenderness in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).Conclusion:Collagen-based bone repair materials can promote bone healing and callus growth in patients with clavicular fracture,shorten the healing cycle of bone and the time of pain point regression at the fracture site.
