康复治疗联合功能训练治疗上肢骨关节损伤的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨康复治疗联合功能训练治疗上肢骨关节损伤的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月廊坊市永清县人民医院收治的上肢骨关节损伤患者86例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用康复治疗联合功能训练治疗。比较两组关节活动度及肌力恢复情况。结果:治疗后,两组肩、肘、腕关节活动度增大,观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组肌力情况优于治疗前,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复治疗联合功能训练治疗上肢骨关节损伤的临床效果显著,能够改善患者关节活动程度,恢复上肢肌力。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation therapy combined with functional training on upper limb bone and joint injury.Methods:A total of eighty-six patients with upper limb bone and joint injury treated in Langfang Yongqing County People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,with forty-three patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received rehabilitation therapy combined with functional training on the basis of the control group.Joint motion and muscle strength recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the motion of shoulder,elbow and wrist of the two groups increased,and the observation group was greater than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the muscle strength of the two groups was better than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation therapy combined with functional training has a remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of upper limb bone and joint injury,which can improve the degree of joint activity and restore the muscle strength of the upper limb.
