摘　　要：目的:分析普罗雌烯联合子宫托治疗子宫脱垂的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月惠州市第六人民医院收治的子宫脱垂患者62例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组采用子宫托治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合普罗雌烯治疗。比较两组临床疗效及生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.039);治疗后,两组盆底功能不全评估表各维度评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组盆底功能阻碍影响评价表各维度评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:普罗雌烯联合子宫托治疗子宫脱垂效果显著,能够减轻患者临床症状,改善其生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of promestriene combined with pessary in the treatment of uterine prolapse.Methods:A total of sixty-two patients with uterine prolapse admitted to Huizhou Sixth People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty-one patients in each group.The control group was treated with pessary,and the observation group was treated with promestriene on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.039);after treatment,the scores of each dimension of pelvic floor dysfunction assessment scale were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of each dimension of the pelvic floor dysfunction evaluation scale decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Promestriene combined with pessary is effective in the treatment of uterine prolapse,which can reduce the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
