摘 要:目的:观察热毒宁注射液联合苯唑西林钠治疗肺部感染的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年1月江门市第二人民医院收治的肺部感染患者62例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组采用苯唑西林钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合热毒宁注射液治疗。比较两组症状消失时间、血清炎性因子水平、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组咳嗽、气喘、发热、肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.001);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:热毒宁注射液联合苯唑西林钠治疗肺部感染效果显著,可缩短症状消失时间,减轻炎性反应,且未增加不良反应。Objective:To observe the effect of Reduning injection combined with oxacillin sodium on pulmonary infection.Methods:A total of sixty-two patients with pulmonary infection admitted to Jiangmen Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with thirty-one cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxacillin sodium,and the observation group was treated with Reduning injection on the basis of the control group.The time of symptom disappearance,serum inflammatory factor level,therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The disappearance time of cough,asthma,fever and lung rales in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.001);after treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.001);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Reduning injection combined with oxacillin sodium is effective in the treatment of pulmonary infection,which can shorten the time of symptom disappearance,reduce inflammatory reaction,and do not increase adverse reactions.
