经皮椎体后凸成形术联合补肾活血方治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)联合补肾活血方治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)的临床效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年3月旬阳市中医院收治的OVCF患者62例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组使用PKP治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合补肾活血方治疗。比较两组T值、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、治疗总有效率及术后不良事件发生率。结果:治疗前,两组T值、ODI评分、VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组T值升高,ODI、VAS评分降低,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.005)。观察组术后不良事件发生率低于对照组(P=0.022)。结论:PKP联合补肾活血方治疗OVCF的效果显著,能提高骨密度,减轻疼痛,降低术后不良事件发生率,改善生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)combined with Bushen Huoxue formula in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF).Methods:A total of sixty-two patients with OVCF admitted to Xunyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty-one patients in each group.The control group was treated with PKP,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue formula on the basis of the control group.T value,Oswestry disability index(ODI)score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,overall response rate and postoperative adverse events rate were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in T value,ODI score and VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,T value increased,ODI and VAS scores decreased,observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.005).The postoperative adverse events rate in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.022).Conclusion:PKP combined with Bushen Huoxue formula has a remarkable effect in the treatment of OVCF,which can increase bone miberal density relieve pain,reduce the risk of fracture recurrence and improve the quality of life.
