氟桂利嗪联合中医辨证治疗偏头痛的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察氟桂利嗪联合中医辨证治疗偏头痛的临床效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年5月赤峰松山医院收治的偏头痛患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予氟桂利嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医辨证治疗。比较两组治疗效果、发作次数、发作持续时间、头痛视觉疼痛模拟量表(VAS-H)评分、头痛影响测试量表(HIT-6)评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023);治疗后1周,两组头痛发作次数少于治疗前1周,发作持续时间短于治疗前1周,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VAS-H、HIT-6评分低于治疗前,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氟桂利嗪联合中医辨证治疗偏头痛效果显著,能够改善偏头痛发作情况,提高患者的生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of flunarizine combined with TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of migraine.Methods:A total of eighty migraine patients admitted to Chifeng Songshan Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty patients in each group.The control group was given flunarizine treatment,and the observation group was given TCM treatment based on the control group.The treatment effect,frequency of attacks,duration of attacks,visual pain analogue scale(VAS-H)score and headache impact test scale(HIT-6)score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023);one week after treatment,the frequency of headache attack was less than that before treatment,and the duration of headache attack was shorter than that before treatment,the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of VAS-H and HIT-6 in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flunarizine combined with TCM syndrome differentiation has remarkable effect in the treatment of migraine,which can improve the occurrence of migraine and improve the quality of life of patients.
