倍他司汀联合加味半夏白术天麻汤与头皮针治疗前庭周围性眩晕的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察倍他司汀联合加味半夏白术天麻汤与头皮针治疗前庭周围性眩晕的临床效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2024年4月黔东南州中医医院收治的前庭周围性眩晕患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组给予倍他司汀治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予加味半夏白术天麻汤联合头皮针治疗。比较两组临床疗效及眩晕障碍量表(DHI)、眩晕评定量表(DARS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果:治疗前,两组DHI、DARS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组DHI、DARS评分低于治疗前,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。治疗前,两组PSQI、SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组PSQI评分低于治疗前,SF-36评分高于治疗前,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:倍他司汀联合加味半夏白术天麻汤与头皮针治疗前庭周围性眩晕的临床效果显著,可减轻患者眩晕程度,提高患者睡眠质量及生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of betahistine combined with added Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction and scalp acupuncture in the treatment of perivestibular vertigo.Methods:A total of eighty patients with peripheral vestibular vertigo treated in Qiandongnan Prefecture Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with forty patients in each group.The control group was treated with betahistine,and the study group was treated with added Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with scalp acupuncture on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy and scores of vertigo disorder scale(DHI),vertigo rating scale(DARS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)and health status survey summary form(SF-36)were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in DHI and DARS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,DHI and DARS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PSQI and SF-36 scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,PSQI score in both groups was lower than before treatment,SF-36 score was higher than before treatment,study group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Betahistine combined with added Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction and scalp acupuncture has remarkable clinical effect on the treatment of peripheral vestibular vertigo,which can reduce the degree of vertigo and improve the quality of sleep and life of patients.
