彩色多普勒超声诊断大动脉炎外周血管病变的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析彩色多普勒超声在大动脉炎外周血管病变诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月平度市第三人民医院收治的疑似大动脉炎外周血管病变患者74例作为研究对象。所有研究对象分别进行二维超声检查和彩色多普勒超声检查,以综合诊断为“金标准”,比较两种检查方法诊断效能及成像特征。结果:综合诊断显示,74例疑似大功脉炎外周血管病变患者确诊61例。彩色多普勒超声的灵敏度、特异度、准确率和阴性预测值高于二维超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);彩色多普勒超声与二维超声阳性预测值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。二维超声图像中明显可见血管壁结构异常,彩色多普勒超声中可见血流束异常。结论:彩色多普勒超声在大动脉炎外周血管病变诊断中具有较高的应用价值,能够显著提高诊断准确性。Objective:To analyze the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of peripheral vascular lesions in aortitis.Methods:Seventy-four patients with suspected aortitis peripheral vascular lesions admitted to Pingdu Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as study subjects.Results:Two-dimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler ultrasonography were performed on all the study subjects,and comprehensive diagnosis was taken as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic efficacy and imaging characteristics of the two examination methods.Results:The comprehensive diagnosis showed that sixty-one of the seventy-four patients with suspected peripheral vascular lesions in Takayasu's arteritis were diagnosed;color Doppler ultrasound had a higher sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,and negative predictive value than two�dimensional ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference in positive predictive value between color Doppler ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Abnormalities in the structure of the vessel wall were clearly visible in two-dimensional ultrasound images,and abnormalities of the blood flow bundles were visible in color Doppler ultrasound.Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound has high application value in the diagnosis of peripheral vascular lesions in aortitis and can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy.
