摘　　要：目的:分析阴道四维超声联合造影剂二次推注对输卵管阻塞致不孕症患者输卵管通畅性、疼痛及不良反应的影响。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年7月东营市广饶县人民医院收治的因输卵管阻塞导致的不孕症患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组使用常规阴道四维超声,观察组在此基础上使用造影剂二次推注。比较两组输卵管通畅性、疼痛程度、不良反应。结果:观察组通畅率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002);术后1、2、24 h,两组视觉模拟评分法评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阴道四维超声联合造影剂二次推注能提高输卵管阻塞致不孕症患者输卵管通畅率,且不会增加疼痛和不良反应。Objective:To analyze the effects of four-dimensional vaginal ultrasound combined with double injection of contrast agent on the patency,pain and adverse reactions of fallopian tube in infertile patients with fallopian tube obstruction.Methods:A total of eighty patients with infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction admitted to Dongying Guangrao County People's Hospital from April 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional vaginal four-dimensional ultrasound,and the observation group was treated with double injection of contrast agent.The patency,pain degree and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The patency rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002);at 1,2 and 24 h after operation,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Four-dimensional vaginal ultrasound combined with double injection of contrast agent can improve the fallopian tube patency rate in infertility patients with fallopian tube obstruction without increasing pain and adverse reactions.
