自我护理自我效能量表的汉化及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的:对自我护理自我效能量表进行汉化,并进行信效度检验。方法:采用Brislin模型对量表进行翻译,选取320例慢性心力衰竭病人进行横断面调查,检验量表的信效度。效度包括内容效度、验证性因子分析,信度包括内部一致性和重测信度。采用SPSS 25.0和Mplus 8.3软件进行数据分析。结果:中文版自我护理自我效能量表条目水平内容效度指数为0.875~1.000,量表水平内容效度指数为0.960。验证性因子分析显示模型具有合格的拟合优度指标,支持结构效度。量表的Cronbach′s α系数为0.910,重测信度为0.750。结论:中文版自我护理自我效能量表具有较好的信效度,可用于评价中国慢性病病人的自我护理自我效能。Objective:To test psychometric properties of the Chinese version of Self-Care Self-Efficacy Scale(SCSES).Methods:The English version of SCSES was translated into Chinese following the modified Brislin translation model,and 320 patients with chronic heart failure were selected for cross-sectional investigation to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Validity includes content validity,confirmatory factor analysis,and reliability includes internal consistency and retest reliability.SPSS 25.0 and Mplus 8.3 were used for data analysis.Results:Scale-content validity index(S-CVI)of Chinese version of SCSES was 0.960.Item-content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.875-1.000.Results of confirmatory factor analysis supported construct validity.Cronbach′sɑcoefficients was 0.910;test-retest reliability was 0.750.Conclusion:The Chinese version of SCSES is a valid and reliable tool and could be used in Chinese patients with chronic disease.
