摘  要:水稻恶苗病是毁灭性种传病害,种子药剂处理是经济有效的防治措施。为探明100 g/L种菌唑种子处理悬浮剂对水稻恶苗病的田间防治效果,采用浸种和干稻种拌种两种种子处理方式开展了田间药效试验。结果表明,100 g/L种菌唑种子处理悬浮剂3000倍液浸种在苗期、分蘖期和抽穗期对水稻恶苗病防效分别为90.61%、90.32%和90.67%,100 g/L种菌唑种子处理悬浮剂2250倍液浸种在苗期、分蘖期和抽穗期对水稻恶苗病防效分别为91.96%、91.26%和91.57%,100 g/L种菌唑种子处理悬浮剂0.67 mL拌1 kg干稻种在苗期、分蘖期和抽穗期对水稻恶苗病防效分别为91.99%、91.27%和91.49%,100 g/L种菌唑种子处理悬浮剂1.00 mL拌1 kg干稻种在苗期、分蘖期和抽穗期对水稻恶苗病防效分别为94.17%、92.91%和92.35%,且各处理对水稻种子萌发和成苗安全。说明100 g/L种菌唑种子处理悬浮剂浸种和干稻种拌种对水稻恶苗病的防效均优良,对水稻生长安全,且干稻种拌种的防效略高于浸种。该研究结果可为有效防治水稻恶苗病提供理论依据。Rice bakanae disease(RBD)is a destructive seed borne disease,economically effective prevention and control measure to control this diseases is seed fungicides treatment.In order to investigate the field control efficacy of 100 g/L ipconazole flowable concentrate for seed treatment(FS)on RBD,the field efficacy tests were carried out by using two seed treatment methods(seed soaking and dry rice seed dressing).The results showed that the control efficacy of soaking seeds in 100 g/L ipconazole FS 3000 times solution against RBD at seedling stage,tillering stage and heading stage was 90.61%,90.32%and 90.67%,respectively.The control efficacy of soaking seeds in 100 g/L ipconazole FS 2250 times solution against RBD at seedling stage,tillering stage and heading stage was 91.96%,91.26%and 91.57%,respectively.The control efficacy of 100 g/L ipconazole FS 0.67 mL mixed with dry rice seeds 1 kg against RBD at seedling stage,tillering stage and heading stage was 91.99%,91.27%and 91.49%,respectively.The control efficacy of 100 g/L ipconazole FS 1.00 mL mixed with dry rice seeds 1 kg against RBD at seedling stage,tillering stage and heading stage was 94.17%,92.91%and 92.35%,respectively.All treatments were safe for the seed germination and seedling formation of rice.The results indicated that control efficacy of 100 g/L ipconazole FS seed soaking and dry rice seed dressing against RBD was excellent,which were safe for rice growth,and the control efficacy of dry rice seed dressing was little higher than that of seed soaking.The research results could provide a theoretic basis for effective control of RBD.
