摘 要:本文对71头肉用褐牛公牛进行体尺指标、胴体指标和部位肉产量测量,旨在评估肉用褐牛体尺指标、胴体指标和部位肉产量之间的相关性。结果表明,体尺指标、胴体指标、部位肉产量之间存在相关关系,各指标相关性程度有所不同;上脑(HR)、外脊(STR)、霖肉(KNU)、米龙(OUT)、小黄瓜条(ER)、牛腩(FLA)、大黄瓜条(OF)等部位肉产量与一些体尺指标成显著正相关关系(P<0.05),且R2值均大于0.4;体尺指标与胴体指标之间具有相关性,且二者的回归关系可以作为一种简单方法来预测胴体部位肉产量。This paper measured the body size indexes,carcass indexes and meat outputs of parts of 71 beef brown cattle,aiming to evaluate the correlation among body size indexes,carcass indexes and meat outputs of parts of beef brown cattle.The results showed that there was a correlation among body size indexes,carcass indexes and meat outputs of parts,and the degree of correlation between each index varied;there was a significant positive correlation(P<0.05)between meat outputs of parts[such as high rib(HR),striploin(STR),knuckle(KNU),outside(OUT),eye round(ER),flank(FLA),outside flat(OF)]and some body size indexes,and R2 values were all greater than 0.4;there was a correlation between body size indexes and carcass indexes,and the regression relationship between the two kinds of indexes could be used as a simple method to predict the meat outputs of carcass parts.
