摘  要:电力系统作为基础建设中重要的组成部分,在大数据信息化发展的背景下,应始终高度重视数字化与智能化的发展与转型,将大数据作为电力企业实现用电客户精准营销以及改善营销服务的重要手段。基于上述背景,对电力企业针对用电客户的精准营销展开研究,探究能够处理电力营销大数据的智能化技术,分析大数据下电力营销存在的问题,并提出了有效的解决措施,以期为实现电力市场的可持续发展与创新提供参考。As an important component,the power system should always attach great importance to the development and transformation of digitization and intelligence in the context of big data informatization development.Big data should be regarded as an important means for power enterprises to achieve precise marketing of electricity customers and improve marketing services.Based on the above background,this article conducts research on precision marketing for electricity customers in power enterprises under the background of big data,explores intelligent technologies that can handle big data in electricity marketing,analyzes the problems in electricity marketing under big data,and proposes effective solutions,in order to provide reference for achieving sustainable development and innovation in the electricity market.
