摘  要:新能源的广泛应用与电力市场的快速变化给电网调度运行带来了前所未有的挑战与机遇。在此背景下,探索高效的预控策略成为保障电网安全稳定运行的关键。深入分析了新形势下电网调度运行的特点,突出了系统过载风险、调频调压能力不足、跨区输电通道拥堵及信息系统安全漏洞等核心问题。针对这些问题,提出了增强系统调峰能力、提升调频调压技术、优化跨区输电策略和强化信息系统安全等预控策略,为电网调度运行提供了有效的解决方案,以期为电网管理者和政策制定者提供参考。The widespread application of new energy and the rapid changes in the electricity market have brought unprecedented challenges and opportunities to the dispatch and operation of the power grid.In this context,exploring efficient pre control strategies has become the key to ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of power grid dispatch operation under the new situation,highlighting core issues such as system overload risk,insufficient frequency and voltage regulation capabilities,cross regional transmission channel congestion,and information system security vulnerabilities.In response to these issues,pre control strategies such as enhancing the system′s peak shaving capability,improving frequency and voltage regulation technology,optimizing cross regional transmission strategies,and strengthening information system security have been proposed,providing effective solutions for power grid scheduling and operation,with the aim of providing reference for power grid managers and policy makers.
