摘 要:新时代,我国的经济发展已经步入新常态,电力行业也迎来了新的发展机遇和挑战。电力市场营销和电力优质服务作为电力行业发展中至关重要的两个环节,两者相辅相成。只有做好这两方面工作才能促进电力市场营销水平的提升,使电力企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。分析了电力市场营销与电力优质服务的关系,介绍了当前电力市场营销及电力优质服务面临的挑战,然后对电力市场营销及电力优质服务提升策略进行了详细探究,希望可以给相关从业人员带来一些借鉴和参考,促进我国电力企业的健康发展。In the new era,China′s economic development has entered a new normal,and the power industry has also ushered in new development opportunities and challenges.Electricity market marketing and high-quality electricity services are two crucial links in the development of the electricity industry,and they complement each other.Only by doing a good job in these two aspects can we promote the improvement of marketing level in the power market,and enable power enterprises to stand invincible in the fierce market competition.This article analyzes the relationship between electricity market marketing and high-quality electricity services,introduces the challenges faced by current electricity market marketing and high-quality electricity services,and then explores in detail the strategies for improving electricity market marketing and high-quality electricity services.It is hoped that this can provide some reference and guidance for relevant practitioners to promote the healthy development of China′s electricity enterprises.
