摘　　要：新文科建设背景下普通本科院校英语专业人才培养不仅有助于提高学生的国际交流和合作能力,促进文化交流与价值认同,还能为国际交往和职业就业提供有力的支持。当前,普通本科院校英语专业人才培养面临着教学资源不足、教学方法单一、实践环节不足等问题,高校应通过构建多元化的课程体系、拓宽学生的专业选择和培养创新意识、深化实践教学、推进国际交流与合作等措施,提高英语专业人才的综合素质和应用能力,使之更加符合社会发展的需求。In the context of the construction of the new liberal arts,the cultivation of English majors in ordinary undergraduate colleges not only helps to improve students'international communication and cooperation abilities,promote cultural exchange and value identification,but also provides strong support for international communication and career employment.At present,the cultivation of English majors in ordinary undergraduate colleges is facing problems such as insufficient teaching resources,single teaching methods,and insufficient practical links.Universities should improve the comprehensive quality and application ability of English majors by building a diversified curriculum system,expanding students'professional choices and cultivating innovative awareness,deepening practical teaching,and promoting international exchanges and cooperation,so as to make it more in line with the needs of social development.
