摘　　要：随着全面从严治党的推进,高校党建工作不断加强。以高校党建工作的理论为基础,对官方网站发布的巡视报告和相关文件,以及湖南省某高校党建工作现状的问卷调查结果开展系统性分析,发现在新时代、新形势、新使命的条件下,高校党建工作取得成绩的同时还存在一定的问题,主要原因在于高校对党建工作的重视程度不够高、组织建设不完善和工作机制不健全。从加强政治理论学习、狠抓党建队伍建设和完善党建工作机制等方面提出针对性改进建议,可为推动高校党建高质量发展提供指导。With the promotion of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party,the Party building work in universities has been continuously strengthened.Based on the theory of Party building work in universities,a systematic analysis was conducted on the inspection reports and related documents published on official websites,as well as the questionnaire survey results of the current situation of Party building work in a certain university in Hunan Province.It was found that under the conditions of new era,new situation,and new mission,while achieving results in Party building work in universities,there are also certain problems,mainly due to the insufficient attention paid by universities to Party building work,the organizational construction is incomplete and the working mechanism is inadequate.Targeted improvement suggestions are proposed from the aspects of strengthening political theory learning,strengthening the construction of Party building teams,and improving the mechanism of Party building work,which can provide guidance for promoting the highquality development of Party building in universities.
