摘  要:BOPET(biaxially orien-ted polyester film)离型聚酯薄膜由于其良好的机械性能,耐高温性、易剥离性,近年来被广泛地应用于皮革转印、电子显示行业过程保护、模切冲型及车衣漆面膜等行业。然而,随着汽车、电子与半导体工业技术的不断进步与发展,一种避免硅污染且兼具环保性能,适用于对表面纯净度和质量等有严格要求的高端制造领域的离型解决方案被广泛提出。因此,寻求一种更加环保、高效的生产技术显得尤为重要,尤其是硅油残留敏感的领域。非硅离型(BOPET)聚酯薄膜通过特殊的表面处理技术和材料配方来实现易剥离的效果,从而表现出其独特的优势。本文概括性地介绍非硅离型(BOPET)聚酯薄膜的发展现状,阐述近年来国内外在此领域的发展成果,包括原料、底涂配方及生产工艺等,并对非硅离型(BOPET)聚酯薄膜技术进行展望。Biaxially orien⁃ted polyester film(BOPET)release polyester film due to its good mechanical properties,high temperature resistance,easy peel,in recent years has been widely used in leather transfer,electronic display industry process protection,die cutting and printing and automotive paint film industry.The automotive,electronics,and semiconductor industry's continual progress and development has led to the widespread proposal of a more environmentally friendly,efficient production technology,suitable for surface purity and quality in high⁃end manufacturing areas with stringent release solutions.This is especially pertinent in those areas sensitive to silicone oil residue,as it would avoid silicon pollution and improve environmental performance.Non⁃silicon release BOPET polyester film through special surface treatment technology and material formulation to achieve the effect of easy peeling,thus showing its unique advantages.This paper introduces the development status of non⁃silicon release BOPET polyester film,and expounds the development achievements in this field at home and abroad in recent years,including raw materials,bottom coating formula and production process.Finally,the non⁃silicon release BOPET polyester film technology is prospected.
