摘 要:为控制纳滤膜制备成本,选用成本较低的聚乙烯(PE)膜替代常规的PET聚砜基膜,并开展PE膜改性及界面聚合反应研究,成功制备了PE基纳滤膜。通过PE膜亲水改性,发现适宜的PEI浓度可使亲水改性层均匀地、较好地铺展在PE基材表面,且形成的聚哌嗪酰胺层平整光滑。通过水相接触时间、油相反应时间及表面活性剂用量等工艺条件的研究,得到了较佳的PE基纳滤膜。In order to control the preparation cost of nanofiltration membrane,a lower⁃cost polyethylene membrane was selected to replace the conventional PET polysulfone⁃based membrane,and the modification of PE membrane and interfacial polymerization were studied,and the PE⁃based nanofiltration membrane was successfully prepared.Through the hydrophilic modification of the PE base film,it was found that the appropriate concentration of PEI can make the hydrophilic modified layer spread evenly and well on the surface of the PE substrate,and the formed polypiperazine amide layer is smooth.Through the research on the process conditions such as the water phase contact time,the reaction time of the oil phase and the amount of surfactant,a better PE⁃based nanofiltration membrane was obtained.
