文拉法辛联合利培酮治疗精神病性抑郁症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:为了探究文拉法辛联合利贝酮治疗精神病性抑郁症的治疗效果。方法:选取2022年9月-2023年9月于我院收治的精神病性抑郁症患者64例作为主要研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=32),所有患者都会给予常规的心理护理干预,对照组患者采取文拉法辛治疗,观察组患者采取文拉法辛联合利贝酮治疗,对比观察两组患者治疗前后的精神状态评分、治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况差异。结果:治疗前,两组患者的精神状态评分差距较小,P>0.05,无统计学意义。治疗后观察组患者的精神状态评分两项指标均明显低于对照组;观察组患者的治疗有效率(30/32)明显高于对照组(24/32);观察组患者的不良反应发生率(2/32)明显低于对照组(9/32),P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:文拉法辛联合利贝酮治疗精神病性抑郁症在改善患者的精神状态和治疗有效率方面具有显著优势,并且相对较安全,能够有效降低不良反应的发生率,这为临床医生选择合适的治疗方案提供了科学依据。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of venlafaxine combined with ribavirin in the treatment of psychotic depression.Method:A total of 64 patients with psychotic depression admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the main study subjects and randomly divided into a control group(n=32)and an observation group(n=32).All patients were given routine psychological care intervention.The control group received venlafaxine treatment,while the observation group received venlafaxine combined with ribidone treatment.The mental state scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared and observed Differences in treatment effectiveness and occurrence of adverse reactions.Result:Before treatment,the difference in mental state scores between the two groups of patients was small,P>0.05,and there was no statistically significant difference.After treatment,the mental state scores of the observation group patients were significantly lower than those of the control group in both indicators;The treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group patients(30/32)was significantly higher than that of the control group(24/32);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2/32)was significantly lower than that in the control group(9/32),P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:The combination of venlafaxine and lipidone in the treatment of psychotic depression has significant advantages in improving the patient's mental state and treatment efficiency,and is relatively safe,which can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.This provides a scientific basis for clinical doctors to choose appropriate treatment plans.
