摘 要:随着城市的发展与更新,越来越多的城市开始建造高架道路,因此,高架道路施工期间的交通组织方案越来越重要。文章结合上海外环东段(华夏中路—龙东大道)交通功能提升工程,针对地面快速路抬升为高架快速路施工,设计了详细的交通组织方案。根据各施工区域内的不同施工情况,通过分阶段实施不同的施工交通组织方案,以面对复杂工况带来的交通影响。该方案的设计保证了外环线功能提升期间交通不断交、不拥堵,为上海外环线其余交通功能提升段的施工交通组织设计提供了参考。With the development and renewal of cities,more and more cities begin to build elevated roads.Therefore,the traffic organization plan during the construction of elevated roads is becoming more and more important.Combined with the traffic function improvement engineering of the east section of Shanghai Outer Ring Road(Huaxia Middle Road-Longdong Avenue),this paper designed a detailed traffic organization plan for the construction of elevated expressway from ground expressway.According to the different construction conditions in each construction area,different construction traffic organization plans are implemented in stages to face the traffic influence caused by complex working conditions.The design of this plan ensures continuous traffic flow and no congestion during the function improvement of the outer ring road,which provides a reference for the construction traffic organization design of other traffic function improvement sections of Shanghai Outer Ring Road.
