摘  要:在整个穿越断层断裂带隧道的地震多发区施工过程中,施工监控是检验设计、施工是否合理,围岩、结构是否安全稳定,确保安全的一项重要手段。文章以位于西成客专四川段地震多发区某穿越断层破碎带的隧道为工程背景,通过对监测数据的回归分析,发现收敛速率-时间、累计收敛值-时间关系和累计沉降值-时间关系呈对数关系,沉降速率-时间关系呈指数关系。此外,通过数值模拟对钢架支护参数进行优化,数值模拟和施工监测结果表明,优化后的拱顶沉降及水平收敛随时间“收敛”趋势明显,各断面沉降量均小于施工开挖预留变形量,验证了调整的支护参数合理且可行。相关结论可为该隧道建设和相似工程提供参考。In the construction process of the tunnel crossing fault fractured zone in the earthquake-prone area,construction monitoring is an important means to check whether the design and construction are reasonable and whether the surrounding rock and structure are safe and stable,and to ensure safety.This paper takes a tunnel crossing the fault fractured zone in the earthquake-prone area on Sichuan section of Xi'an-Chengdu passenger dedicated line as the engineering background.Through the regression analysis of the monitoring data,it is found that the convergence rate-time,cumulative convergence value-time relationship and cumulative settlement value-time relationship are logarithmic,and the settlement rate-time relationship is exponential.In addition,the steel frame support parameters are optimized by numerical simulation,the results of numerical simulation and construction monitoring show that the optimized vault settlement and horizontal convergence have obvious"convergence"trend with time,and the settlement of each section is less than the reserved deformation for construction excavation,which verifies that the adjusted support parameters are reasonable and feasible.The relevant conclusions can provide reference for the tunnel construction and similar engineering.
