摘 要:目前,大量既有建筑已难以满足人们对建筑环境的要求,对其环境进行改造提升或改变其使用功能的需求日益增加。环境提升及使用功能改变,应以保障结构安全为前提。文章围绕既有建筑结构加固工程进行研究,分析了既有建筑结构加固改造的基本原则,阐述了既有建筑结构加固改造期间常见的碳纤维加固技术、粘贴钢板加固技术、外包角钢加固技术操作要点。旨在完善既有建筑结构加固改造技术体系,实现标准化作业目标,保证建筑加固改造效果。At present,a large number of existing buildings have been difficult to meet people's requirements for the building environment,and the demand for environmental renovation and improvement,or functional changes is increasing.Environmental improvement and functional changes should be based on the premise of ensuring structural safety.This paper studies the reinforcement engineering of existing building structure,analyzes the basic principles of reinforcement and renovation of existing building structure,and expounds the operation points of common carbon fiber reinforcement technology,steel bonded reinforcement technology,and outsourcing angle steel reinforcement technology during the reinforcement and renovation of existing building structure.The aim is to improve the technical system of reinforcement and renovation of existing building structures,achieve standardized operation objectives,and ensure the building reinforcement and renovation effect.
