摘 要:为同时满足机动车、非机动车和行人的跨江需求,机非分离双层桥已在很多城市建设中应用,实现过江通道的集约利用,改善机动车和非机动车的通行条件,也成为人们的亲水观景平台。机非分离双层桥的结构形式主要有桁架梁结构、悬挑结构和悬挂结构。文章结合某案例,根据主桥和引桥跨径中等的特点,下层慢行桥采用连续钢箱梁结构,利用宽桥面H墩柱的横系梁作为连续梁支点,上下层桥面共用桥墩;跨间利用上层混凝土梁的刚度,通过竖向吊杆悬吊下层桥面,形成梁式与悬吊式结合的体系。在有限吊装施工空间内,架设钢箱梁作为运输通道,节段经有轨式运梁车运至现场,利用特制的架桥机进行逐跨节段悬吊拼接施工,该设计与施工经验可为类似工程提供参考和借鉴。In order to meet the needs of motor vehicles,non-motorized vehicles and pedestrians crossing the river at the same time,the double-deck bridge with separation of motor vehicles and non-motorized vehicles has been applied in many urban constructions,achieving intensive utilization of river-crossing channels and improving the traffic conditions of motor vehicles and non-motorized vehicles,and also becoming a hydrophilic viewing platform for people.The structural forms of the double-deck bridge with separation of motor vehicles and non-motorized vehicles mainly include truss beam structure,cantilever structure and suspension structure.Combined with a case,according to the characteristics of medium span of main bridge and approach bridge,the lower slow-moving bridge adopts continuous steel box girder structure,and the transverse tie beam of wide bridge deck H-pier column is used as the fulcrum of continuous beam,and the upper and lower bridge decks share piers;the stiffness of the upper concrete beam is used between the spans,and the lower deck is suspended by the vertical suspension rods,forming a combination of beam and suspension systems.In the limited hoisting construction space,the steel box girder is erected as the transportation channel,and the segments are transported to the site by the rail-type girder carrier,and the special bridge erecting machine is used for span by span segment suspension and splicing construction.The design and construction experience can provide reference for similar engineering.
