摘　　要：为满足大学生对海洋资源的兴趣和热情,服务于蓝色经济,对海洋资源概论公选课程进行思政设计与实践。海洋资源的保护和恢复是蓝色经济可持续发展之基石,海洋资源的开发和利用是蓝色经济可持续发展之内核,技术提升和科技创新是蓝色经济可持续发展之引擎。在课程设计中围绕着蓝色经济可持续发展的内涵和需求,将教学内容和教学目标与之对标,采用多案例教学突出海洋资源保护和恢复的必要性和紧迫性,将多学科进行融合提高海洋资源开发和利用的交流和创新,通过社会主义价值观的引领实现海洋资源与可持续蓝色经济相融共进。在教学实践中有意识地将思政元素融入授课内容,加强价值引领、能力培养、知识传授“三位一体”协同培养,拉近海洋资源与蓝色经济的距离,使学生树立正确的海洋资源观,增强对海洋资源的热爱、兴趣和使命感。科普介绍与可持续蓝色经济需求相结合,鼓励学生开发和利用海洋资源,促进各学科各专业与海洋资源的交叉融合,为可持续的蓝色经济搭建各类海洋人才的教育平台,达到服务蓝色经济与海洋强国的育人效果。In order to satisfy students'interest and enthusiasm for marine resources and serve the blue economy,the public elective course of'Introduction to Marine Resources'is designed and practiced.For sustainable blue economy,the protection and restoration of marine resources are the cornerstones,and exploitation and utilization of marine resources are the development core with technological upgrading and technological innovation as the engine.The teaching content and teaching objectives are compared with the connotation and demand of sustainable blue economy in course design.Multiple teaching cases are adopted to highlight the necessity and urgency of marine resource protection and restoration,and multiple disciplines are integrated to improve the communication and innovation during the development and utilization of marine resources.The integration of marine resources and sustainable blue economy should be realized under the guidance of socialist values.In the teaching practice,ideological and political elements are consciously integrated into the teaching content to strengthen the three teaching effects of value guidance,ability cultivation and knowledge imparting.The course has narrowed the distance between marine resources and blue economy,helped students establish a correct marine resource value,enhanced their love,interest and sense of mission of marine resource.Combining the introduction of science popularization with the demand of blue economy,students are encouraged to develop and utilize marine resources.The cross-integration of various disciplines and majors with marine resources will build an education platform for various marine talents for sustainable blue economy and achieve the education effect of serving blue economy and national strategy of building a maritime power.
