摘 要:热压成型与铺叠工序作为复合材料生产环节中的关键工序,生产排程不合理导致资源浪费,生产效能低等问题。据此提出一种融合启发式规则与模拟退火算法的双层排程模型。根据问题特性在传统模拟退火算法基础上提出一系列优化策略,进一步提升模型性能。在实证中采用H复合材料加工厂相关制件数据对上述模型进行测试。实验结果表明,铺叠加工时长由93 h减少为82 h,设备空闲时间减少54个小时。排程效果显著,有效提升生产连续性及设备利用率,降低资源浪费。As a key process in the production of composite materials,the hot pressing and laminating processes lead to problems such as resource waste and low production efficiency due to unreasonable production scheduling.Based on this,a two-level scheduling model combining heuristic rules and simulated annealing algorithm was proposed.According to the characteristics of the problem,a series of optimization strategies based on traditional simulated annealing algorithms were proposed to further improve the performance of the model.In the empirical study,the above model was tested using relevant product data from the H composite material processing plant.Experimental results show that the stacking processing time is reduced from 93 hours to 82 hours,and the idle time of the equipment is reduced by 54 hours.The scheduling effect is significant,effectively improving production continuity and equipment utilization,and reducing resource waste.
