摘 要:为提升国产智能制造装备的品牌竞争力,研究适合智能化转型升级、兼顾外观设计和价值塑造的产品形象系统(PIS)设计方法。首先,遵循品牌认知过程,提出基于认知心理学的PIS设计层次模型,从低到高依次是识别层、体验层和记忆层,并给出相应的评价指标;其次,顺应智能制造的发展趋势,明确面向智能制造装备PIS设计的基本流程及其所需考虑的要素;最后,以煤矿综采工作面巷道监控中心的工业设计为例,应用所提出的方法进行企业创新设计实践,塑造独特、高效、值得信赖的产品形象,并大幅提升品牌形象,可为智能制造装备的工业设计提供理论参考及实例借鉴。In order to enhance the brand competitiveness of domestic intelligent manufacturing equipment,the design method of product image system(PIS)which is suitable for intelligent transformation and upgrading,appearance design and value shaping is studied.Firstly,following the process of brand cognition,a hierarchical model of PIS design based on cognitive psychology is proposed,which is the recognition layer,experience layer and memory layer from low to high,and the corresponding evaluation indexes are given.Secondly,in accordance with the development trend of intelligent manufacturing,make clear the basic process and elements of PIS design for intelligent manufacturing equipment.Finally,taking the industrial design of roadway monitoring center of fully mechanized coal mining face as an example,the proposed method is applied to the practice of enterprise innovative design,which creates a unique,efficient and trustworthy product image,and greatly improves the brand image,thereby can provide theoretical reference and example reference for the industrial design of intelligent manufacturing equipment.
