摘  要:该文以某特大跨河大桥主桥桥塔施工为例,从施工重点难点及安全角度,对主塔采用封闭液压爬模、上下横梁采用支架法和托架法施工、塔柱采用阶段浇筑等,其施工工艺复杂、克服重难点影响较多、覆盖全面,通过对主塔施工关键技术的总结和阐述,详细介绍主塔施工的具体工艺及流程。该文旨在为类似工程施工的优化设计提供参考。Taking the construction of the main bridge tower of an extra-large river-crossing bridge as an example,this paper adopts closed hydraulic climbing form for the main tower,support method and bracket method for upper and lower crossbeams,stage pouring of tower column and so on from the point of view of key difficulties and safety in construction.Its construction technology is complex,overcoming many important and difficult influences and comprehensive coverage.Through the summary and exposition of the key technologies of the main tower construction,the concrete technology and process of the main tower construction are introduced in detail.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the optimal design of similar projects.
