摘  要:随着经济社会的不断发展,人们对于基础测绘成果的现势性要求越来越高,因此,探索实现基础测绘快速更新机制尤为重要。传统的基础测绘作业模式存在更新现势性弱、更新周期长等问题,已经越来越无法满足经济社会发展对于地理信息数据的要求。基于此,本文依托实际1∶10 000地形图更新项目,探索将国情监测数据、国土调查数据、电力部门数据用于1∶10 000地形图更新中。同时,为提高1∶10 000地形图成果质量检查的效率,设计成果质量批量检查方案并开发完成相应质检软件。本文提出的1∶10 000地形图生产与更新的技术流程,可为今后1∶10 000地形图生产与更新提供一定借鉴。With the continuous development of economy and society,people have higher requirements for the up-to-dateness of basic surveying and mapping results,so it is particularly important to explore and realize the rapid updating mechanism of basic surveying and mapping.The traditional basic surveying and mapping operation mode has some problems,such as weak updating up-to-dateness and long updating cycle,which cannot meet the requirements of economic and social development for geographic information data.Based on the actual 1∶10000 topographic map update project,this paper explores the application of national geographic conditions monitoring data,national land survey data and power department data in the 1∶10000 topographic map update.At the same time,in order to improve the efficiency of quality inspection of 1∶10000 topographic map results,the quality batch inspection scheme of results was designed and the corresponding quality inspection software was developed.This paper aims at the technical process of 1∶10000 topographic map production and update,which can provide some reference for the production and update of 1∶10000 topographic map in the future.
