摘　　要：中国古代传统体育运动历史悠久,礼仪教化、军事行动、娱乐养生、民俗节令等不断衍化出众多体育运动项目,“礼、武、戏、力、艺”体现的文化内涵和人文精神呈现出独特的东方智慧,体现了中华体育文化的博大精深。文章运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等研究方法探讨我国古代传统体育运动的内容和发展。研究发现,我国古代传统体育运动蕴含着丰富的文化内涵,具有鲜明的文化特征及独特的发展历程。在文化强国等国家战略下,应深入挖掘中国古代传统体育运动的价值和意义,剖析其文化精神,寻求传统体育运动中的民族智慧与效用,传承中华优秀传统文化的价值理念、哲学思想、人文精神与道德规范,建设体育强国。Traditional sports in ancient China have a long history.Etiquette education,military actions,entertainment and health preservation,folk festivals,and other activities have constantly given rise to various sports.The cultural connotations and humanistic spirit reflected in etiquette,Wushu,drama,strength,and art have presented unique Eastern wisdom,showcasing the vastness and profoundness of Chinese sports culture.This article explores the content and development of traditional sports in ancient China through research methods such as literature review and logical analysis.Research has found that traditional sports in ancient China contain rich content,distinct cultural characteristics,and a unique development process.Under the national strategy of cultural power and cultural rejuvenation,it is necessary to deeply explore the value and significance of ancient Chinese traditional sports,analyze the cultural spirit reflected,seek the national wisdom and utility in traditional sports,make the past serve the present,continue to thrive,inherit and continue the values,philosophical ideas,humanistic spirit,and moral norms that the Chinese nation relies on for survival and development,build a sports power,and continue to write national miracles.It is worth mentioning that in recent years,there has not been much research on sports based on traditional Chinese sports.Therefore,it is hoped that this article can provide valuable insights and stimulate more thinking and exploration.
