摘  要:有研究表明,有氧训练可以减缓老年人认知功能的恶化,有氧运动、平衡运动和协调运动的结合可以改善或维持认知功能。在传统武术中尤其常见研究与年龄相关运动干预研究。研究目的:验证老年人的传统武术训练是否能改善认知功能。研究方法:89名老年女性和男性(平均年龄65岁)参与了本研究。参与者被随机分为两个干预组(传统武术组和健身组,干预时间:6个月)与对照组。所有参与者都必须在干预前后完成一次认知测试。在另一项研究中,传统武术组又进行了6个月的额外干预。研究结果:只有在6个月的传统武术训练期后,运动反应性、应激耐受性与注意力分散性均有显著改善。此外,二次研究的结果表明,12个月后病情有了进一步改善。结论:6个月的传统武术训练有助于提高注意力、运动反应时间,但12个月的训练时间更为有效。Recent studies have shown that aerobic training can slow down the deterioration of cognitive function in the elderly.There is evidence that the combination of aerobic exercise,balanced exercise and coordinated exercise can improve or maintain cognitive function.The study of age-related sports intervention is especially common in East Asian Wushu.The purpose of this study is to verify whether the traditional Wushu training of the elderly can improve their cognitive function.Methods:89 elderly women and men(mean age 65 years old)participated in this study.Participants were randomly divided into two intervention groups(traditional Wushu group and fitness group,intervention time:6 months)and control group.All participants must complete a cognitive test before and after the intervention.In another study,the traditional Wushu group received additional intervention for another six months.The results show that only after 6 months of traditional Wushu training,sports responsiveness,stress tolerance and attention distraction were significantly improved.In addition,the results of the second study showed that the condition improved further after 12 months.Conclusion:6 months of traditional Wushu training is helpful to improve attention,flexibility and sports reaction time,but 12 months of training time is more effective.
