摘 要:实践表明:开启散热风机会明显降低燃烧器热效率,并增加烟气CO浓度。因此,本文采用实验方法研究了灶蒸烤一体机散热风机的排风口形状、面积以及导流板角度对燃烧器性能的影响。研究采用三种不同的形状的排风口(矩形、弧形和梯形)在不同的排放口面积和不同的导流板角度条件了,研究了燃烧器的热效率与这些因素的变化关系。实验发现,相比于梯形排风口和弧形排风口,矩形排风口卷吸锅底高温烟气能力会较弱,导致燃烧器的效率最高,达到67.3%。排风口面积对于采用弧形排风口的燃烧器热效率有显著影响,适当减少排风口面积,可减少锅底高温烟气的卷吸量,导致高温烟气外泄量减少,从而提高热效率。在排风口采用导流倾角为15°~45°时,可减小锅底高温烟气的卷吸,提高燃烧器热效率。Practice shows that opening the heat dissipation fan will significantly reduce the burner thermal efficiency and increase the flue gas CO concentration.Therefore,this paper adopts an experimental method to investigate the effects of the shape and area of the air vent and the angle of the deflector plate of the heat dissipation fan on the performance of the burner.Three different shapes of air vents(rectangular,curved and trapezoidal)were used to investigate the variation of the thermal efficiency of the burner in relation to these factors at different vent areas and different deflector angles.It was found that compared to trapezoidal and curved vents,rectangular vents would be less capable of absorbing high temperature flue gases from the bottom of the pot,resulting in the highest burner efficiency of 67.3%.The area of the air vent has a significant effect on the thermal efficiency of the burner with the curved air vent.Appropriate reduction of the area of the air vent reduces the amount of high-temperature flue gas from the bottom of the pot,leading to a reduction in the amount of high-temperature flue gas leakage,thus improving the thermal efficiency.In the air vent using the deflector plate angle of 15~45°,can reduce the bottom of the high-temperature flue gas roll suction,improve the thermal efficiency of the burner.
