摘 要:轴伸贯流式电站水轮机转速都很低,采用增速布置能有效减小发电机尺寸。为简化机组结构,降低电站建设成本,本文以城步DZ水电站为例提供了一种轴伸贯流式机组的设计优化思路。首先,基于城步DZ水电站机组参数计算,确定了总体设计方案;然后,进行了总体布置型式与结构设计;进一步地,对增速器、水导轴承、尾水肘管和导叶密封进行了优化设计。优化后,厂房尺寸更小,机组重量更轻,控制系统更加简单,大大节约了电站土建投资,降低了机组造价,更方便了机组安装检修维护,提高了机组整体的安全稳定性。其设计优化思路可供类似水轮发电机项目借鉴。The speed of tubular turbines is very low,and the speed increase arrangement can effectively reduce the generator size.To simplify the unit structure and reduce the construction cost of hydropower stations,this paper takes Chengbu DZ Hydropower Station as an example to provide a design optimization approach for tubular turbines.First,based on the calculation of unit parameters for Chengbu DZ Hydropower Station,the overall design scheme is determined.Then,the general layout and structural design are carried out.Furthermore,the speed increaser,turbine guide bearing,draft tube elbow,and vane seal are optimized.After optimization,the powerhouse size is smaller,the unit weight is lighter,and the control system is simpler.These enhancements significantly contribute to savings in civil construction investment,reduction in unit costs,easier unit installation,maintenance,and repair,and improved overall safety and stability of the units.This design optimization approach can serve as a reference for similar hydro-generator projects.
