藻菌颗粒污泥培育的微藻藻种优选研究

摘  要:藻菌颗粒污泥(Microalgal-bacterial granules,MBGS)是一种新兴的废水处理技术,因其绿色高效、易资源化的优势而倍受青睐.然而,目前培育MBGS可选用的微藻藻种仍较为匮乏.本研究以波吉卵囊藻、小球藻和斜生栅藻为研究对象,考察其持留性能、团聚性能、产氧性能和除污性能,以优选藻种.结果表明:①波吉卵囊藻的生长速率和30 min沉降率分别可达0.68 d^(-1)和50%,显著高于小球藻和斜生栅藻.②波吉卵囊藻具有较高的EPS含量,且其粒径分别是小球藻和斜生栅藻的2.5倍和1.5倍.③波吉卵囊藻具有较高的叶绿素含量,且其比产氧速率分别是小球藻和斜生栅藻的1.3倍和2.0倍.④波吉卵囊藻也具有较高的COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N、TN和PO_(4)^(3-)-P去除活性.上述结果表明波吉卵囊藻是培育MBGS优良藻种.以波吉卵囊藻混合活性污泥为接种物,在40 d内成功培育了MBGS.Microalgal bacterial granules(MBGS)is an emerging wastewater treatment technology that is highly favored due to its advantages of green,efficient,and easy resource utilization.However,the available microalgae species for cultivating MBGS are still relatively scarce.This study focuses on the retention performance,aggregation performance,oxygen production performance,and pollutant removal performance of Oocystis borgei,Chlorella vulgaris,and Scenedesmus obliquus,in order to optimize their species.The results showed that:①The growth rate and 30 minute sedimentation rate of O.borgei reached 0.68 d^(-1) and 50%,respectively,significantly higher than those of C.vulgaris and S.obliquus.②The average particle size of O.borgei,which has a high EPS content,is 2.5 times and 1.5 times that of C.vulgaris and S.obliquus,respectively.③The specific oxygen production rate of O.borgei,which has a high chlorophyll concent,is 1.3 times and 2.0 times that of C.vulgaris and S.obliquus,respectively.④O.borgei also has high COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N,TN,and PO_(4)^(3-)-P removal activity.The above results indicate that O.borgei is an excellent species for cultivating MBGS.MBGS was cultivated in 40 days using mixed activated sludge and O.borgei as inoculum.
