摘　　要：在既有建筑改造项目中,电气装置的利旧是节省成本的重要手段。电气系统中变压器、电力电缆等主要电气装置,是改造过程中可否利旧的重点关注部分。本文梳理总结现行规范中对现有电气装置评估与检测的方法及要求,从老化程度、功能性、安全性等方面,分析与探讨电气装置的检测标准及利旧原则。In the existing building reconstruction project,the benefit of the old electrical equipment is an important means to save costs.The transformer,power cable and other main electrical devices in the electrical system are the key parts that can be used or not in the reform process.In this paper,the methods and requirements for the evaluation and detection of the existing electrical devices in the current specifications are summarized.
