摘　　要：国际品牌集团授权管理的酒店建筑,在设计建造过程中不但要遵守和执行国内现行的规范和标准,还必须满足该酒店品牌的工程设计标准。本文通过与国内规范的对比,梳理了国际酒管集团设计要求在执行标准、火灾报警系统、应急照明系统以及厨房灭火系统的相关要求,并给出设计思路与方法。In the process of design and construction,hotel buildings managed under the authority of an international brand group must not only comply with the current domestic standards and standards,but also meet the engineering design standards of the hotel brand.In this paper,by comparing with the domestic standards,the requirements of the design standards of the International Wine Management Group in the implementation standards,fire alarm system,emergency lighting system and kitchen fire extinguishing system are summarized,the design ideas and methods are given.
