正清风痛宁注射液扳机点注射配合刃针治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨正清风痛宁注射液扳机点注射配合刃针治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法80例腰背肌筋膜炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组采用正清风痛宁注射液扳机点注射配合刃针治疗,对照组实施单纯扳机点刃针治疗。比较两组治疗后疗效及治疗1年后随访症状复发率。结果治疗结束后6周,治疗组治愈28例,占70.0%;好转12例,占30.0%;无效0例,总有效率为100.0%。对照组治愈10例,占25.0%;好转21例,占52.5%;无效9例,占22.5%,总有效率为77.5%。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1年后随访,治疗组症状复发率(17.5%)低于对照组(55.0%)(P<0.05)。结论正清风痛宁注射液有明显的镇痛、抗炎、抗纤维化、改善局部微循环作用,刃针治疗可以进行扳机点的解结,松解局部的瘢痕、粘连,解除受卡压的神经,二者配合治疗,发挥协同作用,可以更好地促进炎性产物吸收,修复局部损伤组织,效果明显优于单纯扳机点刃针治疗,治愈率高,复发率低,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of trigger-point injection of Zhengqing Fengtongning injection combined with blade needle in treatment of lumbar and back myofascitis.Methods 80 patients with lumbar and back myofascitis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,each with 40 cases.The treatment group was treated with trigger-point injection of Zhengqing Fengtongning injection combined with blade needle therapy,and the control group was treated with blade needle therapy at trigger point.The curative effect and the rate of symptom recurrence after 1-year follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results 6 weeks after the end of treatment,the treatment group had 28 cured cases,accounting for 70.0%,12 improved cases,accounting for 30.0%,0 ineffective cases,and the total effective rate was 100.0%;the control group had 10 cured cases,accounting for 25.0%,21 improved cases,accounting for 52.5%,9 ineffective cases,accounting for 22.5%,and the total effective rate was 77.5%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 1-year follow-up,the recurrence rate of symptoms in the treatment group(17.5%)was lower than that in the control group(55.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhengqing Fengtongning injection has significant effect of analgesic,anti-inflammatory,anti fibrosis,and can improve the local microcirculation.Blade needle therapy can relieve the knot at the trigger point,relieve local scars and adhesions,and relieve the compressed nerves.The combined treatment and synergistic effect of the two can better promote the absorption of inflammatory products,repair local damaged tissues,and have a significantly better effect than simple blade needle therapy at trigger point,with a high cure rate and low recurrence rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
