肺力咳合剂联合雾化吸入治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察肺力咳合剂联合雾化吸入治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效。方法:以随机数字表法将96例CVA患者分为治疗组与对照组各48例。对照组予以雾化吸入治疗,治疗组予以肺力咳合剂联合雾化吸入治疗。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分、肺功能指标及炎症因子水平。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率95.83%,高于对照组81.25%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组咳嗽程度、咳嗽时间、口干咽干、鼻痒喷嚏、咽痛咽痒等中医证候评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)及呼气峰值流速(PEF)均上升(P<0.05),且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肺力咳合剂联合雾化吸入治疗CVA患者,可通过减轻患者临床症状、改善肺功能、降低机体炎症反应提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Feilike Mixture combined with aerosol inhalation on cough-variant asthma(CVA).Methods:A total of 96 CVA patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aerosol inhalation,and the treatment group was treated with Feilike Mixture and aerosol inhalation.The clinical effects,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,lung function indexes and levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.83%in the treatment group,higher than that of 81.25%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of cough degree,cough time,dryness of mouth and throat,nose itching and sneezing,sore throat and itchy pharynx in both groups were reduced(P<0.05),and the above five scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in both groups were up-regulated(P<0.05),and the FVC,FEV1 and PEF in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein (CRP) and procalcitonin (PCT) in the two groups were declined (P<0.05),and the three levels above in thetreatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Feilike Mixturecombined with aerosol inhalation can mitigate the clinical symptoms of CVA patients, improve the lungfunction and reduce the inflammatory responses of the body for the sake of better clinical effect.
