黄蛭益肾胶囊联合阿魏酸哌嗪片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察黄蛭益肾胶囊联合阿魏酸哌嗪片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法:按随机数字表法将96例慢性肾小球肾炎患者分为2组各48例。西药组给予阿魏酸哌嗪片治疗,联合组给予黄蛭益肾胶囊联合阿魏酸哌嗪片治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、T淋巴细胞亚群及肾功能指标,比较2组临床疗效与不良反应。结果:联合组总有效率97.92%,高于西药组85.42%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),且联合组低于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均升高(P<0.05),CD8^(+)降低(P<0.05),且联合组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于西药组(P<0.05),CD8^(+)低于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)均降低(P<0.05),且联合组低于西药组(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率4.17%,低于西药组18.75%(P<0.05)。结论:黄蛭益肾胶囊联合阿魏酸哌嗪片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎能提高临床疗效,改善肾功能与免疫功能,安全性高。Objective:To explore the effect of Huangzhi Yishen Capsules combined with Piperazine Ferulate Tablets on chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods:A total of 96 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with Piperazine Ferulate Tablets,and the combined group with Huangzhi Yishen Capsules combined with Piperazine Ferulate Tablets.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,T lymphocyte subsets and kidney function indexes were compared in two groups;clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared.Results:The effective rate was 97.92%in combined group,higher than that of 85.42%in western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the scores in combined group were lower(P<0.05).CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were increased,and CD8^(+)levels were decreased(P<0.05);CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in combined group were higher,and CD8^(+)was lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SG)and glomerular filtration rate(GFR)in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the above levels in combined group were lower(P<0.05).The rate of adverse reactions in combined group (4.17%) was lower than that in western medicine group (18.75%) (P<0.025). Conclusion:Huangzhi Yishen Capsules combined with Piperazine Ferulate Tablets for chronic glomerulonephritis canenhance clinical effects, improve kidney function and clinical symptoms and regulate immune function,with high safety.
