蒲地蓝消炎口服液配合阿昔洛韦、干扰素α-2b治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察蒲地蓝消炎口服液配合阿昔洛韦、干扰素α-2b治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法:将104例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿以随机数字表法分为观察组与参照组各52例,参照组给予阿昔洛韦联合干扰素α-2b治疗,观察组在参照组基础上配合蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗。比较2组临床疗效、症状缓解时间,并比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、血清炎症因子及免疫球蛋白水平。结果:观察组总有效率96.15%,高于参照组的82.69%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于参照组(P<0.05)。观察组退热时间、疼痛消失时间、疱疹消退时间及食欲恢复正常时间均短于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、白细胞介素-10 (IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清免疫球蛋白A (IgA)、免疫球蛋白G (IgG)及免疫球蛋白M (IgM)水平均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对疱疹性咽峡炎患儿给予蒲地蓝消炎口服液配合阿昔洛韦、干扰素α-2b治疗效果显著,可促进患儿症状及体征改善,减轻机体炎症反应,提高免疫功能。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid combined with Acyclovir and interferonα-2b on children with herpetic angina.Methods:A total of 104 cases of children with herpetic angina were divided into the observation group and the reference group according to the random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Acyclovir combined with interferonα-2b,and the observation group was additionally treated with Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid based on the treatment of the reference group.The clinical effects and the remission time of symptoms were compared between the two groups;traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,serum inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 96.15%in the observation group,higher than that of 82.69%in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The antipyretic time,the disappearance time of pain,theregression time of herpes, and the recovery time of appetite in the observation group were shorter thanthose in the reference group (P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF- α) in serum in the two groups were decreased (P<0.05), andthe above levels in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group (P<0.05). Aftertreatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A (IgA),immunoglobulin G (IgG) and immunoglobulin M (IgM) inserum in the two groups were increased (P<0.05), and the above levels in the observation group werehigher than those in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion : Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid combinedwith Acyclovir and interferon α-2b has a significant curative effect on children with herpetic angina,which can promote their improvement of symptoms and
